Rebecca’s work has been recognized by both ADDY (Advertising) and PRSA (Public Relations Society of America) awards. Most recently, her work received the 2005 PRSA Award for the Best in Maryland Research/Evaluation for the NECDF Employee Survey, and she was recognized by the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence in 2004 for her Customer Value Determination work in the healthcare sector.
She developed a preferred vendor relationship with the MBA program at the University of Tennessee for qualitative research and was one of the first private-sector researchers to apply the customer value determination techniques developed at the University. An advanced RIVA-trained moderator, Rebecca holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA from the University of Tennessee, where she holds lecturer status in the College of Business.
